The 22 Fears:
In 1992, a series of 22 meditations was taught to specifically identify the fundamental human fears, each one associated with a specific Kundalini Yoga practice.
These practices help us overcome the anxiety that blocks our potential and happiness in this life.
They strengthen resilience so we can face these fears with love and build endurance.
YOUR FEARS come from human limitations, projecting into the future, and inner duality, and they trap the human mind.
THE MEDICINE: Each fear has a specific meditation or kriya designed to process the emotion through the Buddhi mind.
Benefits of the practice

About Amrita Devi
Born in London, she grew up in Scotland and later settled and raised her family in northern Argentina, in the foothills of the Andes. She is an actress, poet and dancer, inspired by music and the arts, healing and culture. Her love of nature led her to acquire land at Iktara farm, in the high mountains of Argentina, where they produce organic honey. She founded the charity Somos Uno for children and adults in vulnerable situations. Her philosophy is that yoga is a tool for social change and that it should be accessible to everyone.
