The highest kriya of yoga, guided by Amrita Devi

What is Bound Lotus?
Baddha Padmasana, known as the Seat of Consciousness, is considered one of the most elevated postures in yoga. This practice connects the practitioner to the spiritual realm, where true healing is possible.
In Bound Lotus, the posture is held for up to 31 minutes, which:
Opens the infinity symbol in the practitioner’s energy.
Restores and balances the entire body.
Awakens spiritual awareness.
